Tenny C. Rostomian, Esq. of Counsel
Tenny Amin is a Partner in the firm's Newport Beach, California office. She focuses her practice on general business litigation, including real estate and insurance coverage litigation as well as labor and employment matters. Ms. Amin also practices in the field of family law and heads the firm´s family law practice group.
Ms. Amin has represented real estate developers and general contractors in a wide array of litigation matters, ranging from commercial finance and development contract disputes to multimillion dollar construction defect actions. In the business realm, she has represented health care providers in service contract and employment disputes and private investors in joint venture enterprises and partnership dissolutions.
Ms. Amin has also provided clients with assistance in every area of family law, including divorce, child custody and child support, spousal support, division of property as well as prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
In 2000, Ms. Amin graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine, earning a double major bachelor of arts in the disciplines of Political Science and Criminology, Law and Society. Thereafter, in 2003, Ms. Amin earned a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University, School of Law. During her tenure at Pepperdine, Ms. Amin served on the Moot Court Team for two years and participated in several Honors Appellate Advocacy Tournaments.
Ms. Amin is admitted to practice law in California. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
