I am writing to commend the superb services I received from Legal Debt Solutions, APC. Without their help, we would have lost our home! Attorney John Habashy and his staff saved our home from foreclosure. My husband works for the Post Office and his hours were cut. The loss of income made it impossible to keep up with our mortgage payments. We originally called Bank of America to see if they would work with us on the payment and the only thing they gave us was the “run-around”. I have just recently finalized my loan modification with the help of the Legal Debt Solutions,APC and I am very happy with the outcome. I originally tried to work directly with my lender (Countrywide/B of A) but that did not work out very well at all. I could never really speak to anyone and became very discouraged. I was stuck on hold for long periods and hung up on every time I tried to reach someone. I called Legal Debt Solutions,APC primarily because they are located very close to where I live. I did not want to have the same experience of being put on hold as I did with Countrywide. On my first visit to their office, I was very impressed with the professional atmosphere of the office. She negotiated a 3.5% interest rate for me for the next 10 years! We were also able to set up an Escrow account. This was something I wanted when I first got the loan from Countrywide.
