If these violations are found the borrower may be able to obtain complete relief from the predatory loan or a favorable loan modification.When our firm represents you we will send a Qualified Written Request to your Lender on your behalf as Counsel, to which they have 20 days to respond. When the documents are received, our auditing staff reviews it all and looks for any breaches to be used in your defense.
