John R. Habashy, Esq.
Legal Debt Solutions Founder
John R. Habashy attended the University of Southern California on a full scholarship and received a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude with departmental honors in Public Policy and Management. Mr. Habashy then attended the University of Southern California Law Center on a full scholarship. He has worked for former Los Angeles Mayor, Richard Riordan and spent a year working in the West Wing of the White House under former President Bill Clinton. Mr. Habashy also worked for Sol Price, founder of the Price Club, where he developed and evaluated commercial real estate proposals and consulted on the company’s community social programs.
More recently, Mr. Habashy’s work revolves around private equity funds, institutional lenders, developers and homeowners. His practice relates to a wide variety of debt, equity and restructuring transactions. In his practice, Mr. Habashy covers a broad spectrum of private equity, financial, commercial and consumer real estate transactions and litigation; including modifying home mortgages since 2005. In addition, Mr. Habashy is advocating for more regulations to protect consumers’ rights. He represents clients in federal litigation, including bankruptcy. Mr. Habashy believes in a balanced market place where both consumers and corporations hold the same power level.
Iveta Ovsepyan
Esq. of CounselMs. Ovsepyan is an associate in the firm’s litigation department where she advocates on behalf of consumers on a daily basis. Ms. Ovsepyan received a B.A. degree magna cum laude from U.S.C. and went on to earn a Juris Doctorate degree from the highly-esteemed Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Ms. Ovsepyan’s background in political science and journalism coupled with years of experience in humanitarian aid efforts makes her the ideal advocate for consumer rights.

Ismail Amin
Esq. of CounselMr. Amin’s core belief is that lawyers are counselors and should efficiently guide clients through any transaction or litigation. As a multi-jurisdictional practitioner, Ismail Amin has a wide array of experience serving clients in many practice areas. In particular, Mr. Amin focuses his practice in the fields of Business Planning & Litigation, Appellate Practice, Real Estate Transactions, Intellectual Property, Tax & Estate Planning and Immigration. Mr. Amin’s legal experience encompasses serving larger Fortune Five Hundred companies, mid-sized privately held companies and sole proprietorships. Mr. Amin presently serves as company counsel to small to mid-sized businesses throughout California and Nevada.
Mr. Amin is admitted to practice law in California and Nevada. Presently, he is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Nevada, respectively. Likewise, Mr. Amin is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association. Finally, Mr. Amin is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, as a Real Estate Broker. During law school, Ismail served as a judicial extern to the honorable Arthur M. Greewald in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
Tenny C. Rostomian-Amin
Esq. of CounselTenny Amin is a Partner in the firm's Newport Beach, California office. She focuses her practice on general business litigation, including real estate and insurance coverage litigation as well as labor and employment matters. Ms. Amin also practices in the field of family law and heads the firm´s family law practice group.
David W. Nance
Esq. of CounselMr. Nance has a general practice with special focus on all aspects of internet, media and entertainment law, including trademark and copyright registration, commercial law, civil litigation and lobbying. He has over ten years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in Europe, South America and the US; eight years of experience in litigation and administrative hearings; and over six years of first-chair jury trial experience in intellectual property law, condemnation, administrative law and construction law.
Eric C. Morris
Esq. Special Counsel
Eric C. Morris, provides representation and legal counsel in matters pertaining to litigation, transportation & logistics, and construction defect. Prior to establishing Southern California Lawyers Group, Mr. Morris worked for Stone, Rosenblatt & Cha, PLC; Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson, & Haluck, LLP; Somach Simmons & Dunn, LLP; and The Gonzales Law Firm, PC. Mr. Morris represented a diverse clientele, including national developers, contractors, subcontractors, homeowners associations, insurance carriers, technology and marketing firms, self-insured entities, and mortgage banks in civil litigation disputes. Mr. Morris has litigated disputes from inception through discovery, pre-trial proceedings, mediation and arbitration, involving contract disputes, real estate disputes, construction defect defense, insurance defense, torts, professional licensure defense, insolvency and mortgage lending disputes.
